Located in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, we curate high-end cycling and running apparel, nutrition and gear, host group rides, and bring riders together through events and storytelling. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations and drive growth through marketing, partnerships, and events. We’re Hiring: General Manager – La Byci (Miami, FL) What You’ll Do Oversee daily shop operations: scheduling, inventory management, and customer experience. Lead and develop a small, passionate team—ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media content, and in-store promotions that reflect La Byci’s creative spirit. Organize and host community rides, product launches, and charity events to grow our rider network. Build relationships with cycling brands, local partners, and media to expand shop visibility. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report results to ownership. Ensure the shop is always clean, organized, and running efficiently. What We’re Looking For Retail or hospitality management experience (boutique or premium environment preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with sports culture, premium gear, and performance apparel is a big plus. Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and event promotion (no need to be a pro designer—just creative and organized). Ability to work weekends and evenings during events or busy periods.
