Data Analyst

Payrate: $63.65 - $63.65/hr.


Summary:
As a Sr. Analyst, you will manage company-wide data systems and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop a single source of truth across the organization. Additionally, you will use data-driven approaches to identify root causes to problems and develop new business processes and solutions.

• Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement
• Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions
• Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements
• Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.

Necessary Skills:

• Experience with analyzing large sets of data, ensure data integrity thru operations management, track and drive systems enhancement tasks and related projects
• Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI or similar databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience
• Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time

Background/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• At least 5-7 years of experience working as a data/systems analyst, project management, process improvement, or similar role

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $63.65 - $63.65/hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
