Growing together.Position Details:Location: 36 Shops at 5 Way, Plymouth, MA, 02360Department: Radiology - CTSchedule: Per Diem, As NeededPrimary Responsibilities:Perform routine and advanced CT procedures using appropriate protocols to aid physicians in the diagnosis of diseaseProvide compassionate, patient centered care and clear procedure explanationsStart IVs and administer contrast safely; monitor patients throughout examsOptimize image quality using ALARA principles and perform basic post processingVerify orders, document in Epic and ensure timely PACS uploadsSupport STAT and urgent add on casesFollow radiation safety, infection control, and Optum policiesMaintain room readiness and assist with equipment troubleshootingPerform duties of radiologic technologists as requiredYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited institution or governmental unitRadiation Control license as a CT Technologist in MassachusettsRegistration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)CPR certification3+ years of experience in CT TechnologyPreferred Qualifications:American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialtyAbility to analyze and solve complex technical problems requiring the use of basic technical principles plus in-depth, experienced-based knowledgeGood communication skills in order to explain instructions and procedures to patients, visitors and employees, to comfort patients and their families and to conduct formal classroom training programsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $39.50 to $59.25 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
