Responsibilities Personalized Member Consultations: Meet with individuals and families to understand their current financial situation and long‑term goals, offering tailored life insurance and investment‑based solutions (once state certifications and company sponsored training are achieved). Financial Guidance: Educate members on a variety of financial tools including life insurance, retirement planning, college savings, and other asset protection strategies. Member Lead Engagement: Meet with existing member leads provided through local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional, ongoing service to members with regular reviews and check‑ins to adjust financial plans as life evolves. Community Engagement: Actively build your network through relationship‑based prospecting, local involvement, referrals, and member events. Training and Growth: Participate in Modern Woodmen’s mentorship and training programs to sharpen your professional skills and explore paths to leadership. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for member activity, plan implementation, and retention. Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and state licensing requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all member interactions.
