Tranquility Checklist: Keep the Spa, Indoor Pool, and Health Club spotless—tidy towels, replenish beverages, and keep everything fresh! Equipment Excellence: Check that all spa and health club equipment shines and report any glitches so serenity is never interrupted. Attentive Service: Respond to guest requests with friendly efficiency, always preserving that peaceful spa atmosphere. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hotel or related experience a plus. Strong attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members. Clear decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Ability to stay composed and objective in high‑pressure situations.
