Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicles and equipment, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a strong grasp of mechanical systems, able to manage paperwork efficiently, and lead the team by example while providing clear direction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inspection logs, maintenance schedules, and compliance documents Coordinate with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs Monitor fleet performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Provide leadership and training to drivers, mechanics, and support staff Lead by example while offering clear direction and constructive feedback Qualifications Proven experience in fleet management or a related field Strong organizational and administrative skills Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance practices Excellent leadership and communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required) What We Offer Medical Insurance (begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) Dental Insurance (begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) Vision Insurance (begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) Life Insurance (begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability (begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment) 401k Retirement Benefit with company match (eligible after 1 year of employment) #J-18808-Ljbffr
