Manufacturing Associate Manager

Manufacturing Associate Manager You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for our team in Grand Prairie, TX, responsible for overseeing the mechanical manufacturing quality, cost, and schedule for Dallas make hardware. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while driving continuous process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Chair the Cause and Correction Action Board to drive continuous process improvements. Manage design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts. Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversee the arrangement of machines and equipment to ensure the most efficient and productive layout. Collaborate with Process Engineering Manager to monitor design sequence of operations and specific procedures for fabrication of tools and equipment. Manage the adaptation of machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions. Coordinate with Quality Engineering Manager to incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Oversee the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools through preventative maintenance. Drive corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Qualifications Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, including SAP and Apriso. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures. Understanding and experience in Material Requirements Planning. Experience working with facilities teams and capital project management.
