We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates must pass a drug screen upon hire.

Duties

• Work in office 4 days a week 7:45AM-4:30PM
• Greet patients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Help maintain the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, and scheduling, while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Address phone calls efficiently and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Work independently in the office's all-day walk-in clinic.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Collaborate with other office departments to resolve patient issues and enhance overall patient satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist position in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about health insurance plans is preferred.
• Experience with Office Practicum and/or Phreesia a plus, but not required.
