Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of professional, full‑time‑equivalent administrative experience or related field. Duties and Responsibilities Process Line of Duty investigations, Active Duty medical extensions, incapacitation pay, and disability severance pay—review and process for accuracy, completeness and regulatory adherence. Process financial obligations for medical care and monitor status of funds—correspond and approve financial obligations to FLARNG units for medical services, submit bills to the Military Medical Support Office and Tri‑Care for payment. Coordinate with medical professionals in arranging medical care for injured soldiers—process cases to determine eligibility for medical retention, fitness for duty evaluations, medical evaluation boards, and physical evaluation boards. Provide administrative/cleral support—support the Medical Administrative Supervisor, maintain a suspense roster, manage inventory levels and request expendable supplies, scan medical documentation into the image retrieval system. Process technical correspondence including congressional inquiries—respond to inquiries regarding LOD investigations, medical extensions, incapacitation pay, disability severance pay, fitness for duty evaluations, medical evaluation board/physical evaluation board determinations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of basic arithmetic and standard office equipment. Knowledge of office procedures, filing practices, and effective communication principles. Ability to remember numbers and details, spell, locate information alphabetically and numerically, and follow office procedures. Ability to organize, file, and maintain filing systems. Ability to perform basic arithmetical calculations and plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships with others.
