- We're offering a Summer Heat Sign-on Bonus of $3,000 for the month of July!
- Payout Schedule:
- $1,000 on the driver's first completed load
- $500 after 30 days
- $500 after 60 days
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 120 days
- $0.60 CPM All Miles Paid Empty & Loaded On W-2 (Empty miles from last delivery to home not paid)
- Average 2500+ Miles/Week (550+ Miles A Day Is The Expectation)
- $35 Extra Stop, $25/Hour After 2 Hours Detention Pay (Up To $200), $200/Day
- Layover & Breakdown Pay
- $0.05 Safety & Operation Performance Bonus Paid Monthly
- Fuel Efficiency Bonus: +$0.01/mile
- $125/Day Orientation Pay
- Receive An Additional $50 For Working On A Holiday (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- 70% Dedicated Freight & 30% Spot Market Freight
- Full Health Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance, 401 K ,Co-Pays 60% Of The Premium ; Begins 1st Of The Month After 30th Day Of Employment)
- Eligibility For 1 Week Paid Vacation After 90 Day Probation Period- accrued

- 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias, Volvo, & Peterbilt and International trucks.
- Trucks Loaded With Inverters, Refrigerators, & Either APU/Bunk Heater
- Pet Policy & 1 pet per driver.
- Repair Shop On Premises At Terminal In IL
- Primary Running Areas Are Eastern Half Of The US East Of I-35
- Dry Van 100% No Touch Freight
- 24/7 Dispatch
- Fuel Cards Provided (Flying J & Pilot &Love's)
- Toll Pass Provided (PrePass)

- 2 Weeks Out/2 Days Home, 3 Weeks Out/3 Days Home
