It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Assists patients with menu selections and meal service based on the physician-ordered diet parameters.Responsibilities:Helps patients to make menu selections that comply with their dietary requirements and restrictions.Receives and responds to phone calls regarding patient and guest meal orders. Maintains and documents food preferences, diet orders and food allergies.Collaborates with assigned nursing units to enhance the patient experience.Assembles patient meal trays based on menu selections made in compliance with the patients dietary requirements and restrictions.Assists with patient/guest satisfaction initiatives.
