Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: Englewood, NJ 07631

Duration: 03 Month Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)

Shift: Schedule varies depending on business need. Sunday-Saturday 7 am-1 am.

Pay Rate: $23.35 - 25.74/hour (W2) (Based on experience and education)

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) is responsible for providing excellent patient service while performing phlebotomy, specimen collection, processing, and documentation. This role requires strong patient interaction skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections.
• Verify patient identification and accurately label specimens.
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients.
• Travel between Patient Service Centers and physician offices as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Strong data entry, communication, and customer service skills.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime when needed.
