Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the stand-up and operationalization of an internal AI Content Creation Governance Center of Excellence (COE) for a major U.S. enterprise organization.

This is a dynamic, dual-impact role combining approximately 80% core PMO and governance operations with 20% strategic and Chief-of-Staff support. You will act as a force multiplier for governance leaders and the incoming Governance Product Manager by driving operational clarity, coordinating cross-functional forums, managing knowledge and decision tracking, conducting targeted research, and preparing leadership-ready materials.

The primary stakeholders and programs are marketing-focused, so familiarity with marketing operations, content creation lifecycles, creative teams, or agency environments is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

PMO Operations & Governance Forum Execution

• Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and cross-functional calendars across COE stakeholders, marketing operations, and governance leadership.

• Organize and support the bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum , including agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation.

• Prepare substantive meeting materials that enable productive executive and cross-functional discussions.

• Capture and maintain decisions, strategic rationale, action items, owners, and next steps from governance forums.

• Track follow-up actions through completion and proactively identify outstanding items or dependencies.

• Draft and distribute high-quality meeting summaries, progress updates, and follow-up communications.

• Maintain the COE knowledge base, ensuring policies, decisions, recordings, AI-generated summaries, frameworks, and reference materials are organized and easily searchable.

• Support onboarding and transition activities for the incoming Governance Product Manager, facilitating knowledge transfer across COE pillars.

• Maintain strong PMO discipline around governance processes, documentation, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

Strategic Operations Support

• Conduct targeted market research, industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and governance research as requested.

• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and governance stakeholders.

• Draft structured Point-of-View (POV) documents, briefing papers, executive summaries, and position papers to support leadership discussions and decision-making.

• Support topics such as policy evolution, approval workflows, risk escalation, compliance training, and attestation.

• Help leadership navigate internal stakeholders by identifying key considerations, synthesizing inputs, and anticipating governance needs.

• Translate research and stakeholder inputs into concise, substantive materials suitable for executive audiences.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations .

• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience with governance, forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, and action-item management .

• Strong knowledge management and documentation capabilities.

• Solid understanding of marketing operations and content creation lifecycles .

• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, marketing organizations, or other content-driven environments .

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create substantive, polished content rather than simply documenting meetings.

• Demonstrated ability to write executive summaries, briefing papers, POV documents, and leadership communications .

• Strong research, analytical, and information-synthesis skills.

• Ability to operate with a high degree of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.

• Advanced English proficiency , with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for working with U.S.-based stakeholders and executive audiences.

• LATAM-based and able to work with full overlap during U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, digital compliance, or governance frameworks .

• Experience supporting AI-related programs, content governance initiatives, or emerging technology governance.

• Experience working in a Chief-of-Staff, strategic PMO, or executive operations capacity.

• Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative operations, or content governance programs.
