Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule:
- Shift: 2300-0730
- Every other weekend required

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Must be able to work at least 4 out of 5 shifts

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Current NYS CNA license
- BLS certification

Compliance / Notes:
- Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.
- The facility has the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the assignment.
