Customer Service Representative

Description

In this position, Service Center Representatives will be working remotely and will be receiving inbound calls from various medical professionals, including but not limited to:

• Medical Professionals (such as Doctors or Physicians)

• Health Organization Staff (such as Administrators or other staff)

• Health IT Staff or Third-Party Vendors

The customers this role will be speaking with are highly educated and very busy - this role requires exceptional customer service and patience. Will not be contact with beneficiaries.

In general, the questions our Representatives receive will be supporting medical professionals with password resets, creating accounts/access, and then transferring to help desk. This position will also be knowledge based and will provide information regarding Hospital Quality Reporting holistically. Looking for someone who is technically savvy and good at troubleshooting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
