Program Manager - SIS

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver commercial building projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities Provide project leadership, communication, coordination, and conflict resolution. Plan and execute projects in the commercial building sector costing $5M to $50M. Collaborate with preconstruction teams to plan for success. Manage the design process and relationships with design and construction teams. Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Required Qualifications 3+ years experience managing commercial building projects of $5M to $50M through completion. 2+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success. 2+ years of experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction teams to ensure delivery of quality, budget‑conscious, and complete documents on schedule. 5+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings, and associated technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee the implementation of strategies and action plans to target and pursue additional business with existing clients and new opportunities. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent and 5+ years of industry experience (or equivalent industry experience, 7 years).
