As a Multi-Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of three luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 75% clinical treatment and 25% clinic oversight of luxury senior living communities in the Greater Denver area (Boulder, Arvada, and Lowry). You will be working with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer's-related conditions, general ortho, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred. Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of PA Benefits Pay Rate: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 base salary based on experience and credentials.
