Field Safety Specialist

FIELD SAFETY COORDINATOR / SPECIALIST Franklin, TN • 65k-75k DOE • NEW ROLE DUE TO COMPANY RAPID GROWTH Role requires potential travel within TN, VA, WV, GA, AL, OH – all expenses company paid. The team is dedicated to providing customers with steel erection services that represent our dedication to quality and safety, utilizing tools and technology to achieve superior results. Must come from Commercial Construction or Commercial Steel Erection – No Fabrication. This role is on‑site and requires 2+ years of knowledge of construction safety standards, risk management, OSHA and related industry compliance programs. Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience in the construction field. Strong preference for experience in a safety, compliance, or risk‑focused role. Working knowledge of jobsite safety standards, regulatory compliance, and construction site operations. Ability to build trust and credibility with field leaders and crews. Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, document, and enforce standards professionally. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis. Ability to contribute to pre‑job planning and risk mitigation efforts. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly. OSHA 30 certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting remote or multi‑site field operations. Experience participating in incident investigations and corrective action follow‑through. Experience using digital checklists, reporting tools, or mobile field documentation platforms. Experience in structural steel, construction operations, or industrial field environments.
