Mancan is working with a company in Mt. Vernon seeking an Office Assistant for a short-term assignment. This is a 2-3 day assignment, Monday-Friday, with pay starting at $18.50/hour. The selected candidate will assist with filing papers and completing basic office duties. Little to no computer or phone work will be required.
Office Assistant Duties: * File and organize paperwork and documents* Assist with basic office organization and administrative duties
* Sort and arrange paperwork as directed
* Maintain an organized and tidy filing system
* Perform other basic office duties as needed Qualifications: * Strong attention to detail
* Ability to stay organized and work independently
* Ability to follow instructions
* Reliable and dependable
* Comfortable performing repetitive filing and organizational tasks
* Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
