Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license in Texas, BLS & ACLS required

Experience: Recent dialysis experience, Tablo machine experience, home health or chronic care experience strongly preferred

What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on using the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis treatments
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe, effective at-home care
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient training load of 2 to 3 sessions per day

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules

Preferred:

• Home health or chronic care experience

About the Assignment This position supports a leading healthcare facility in Garland, Texas, focusing on patient education and home dialysis training.
