Inpatient Rehabilitation Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence in daily activities, mobility, and self-care. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment.
