Managing commission statement data, the full-time remote Commission Information Specialist will collect, review, and load carrier statement information into specified systems while maintaining accurate portal access and addressing any discrepancies. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain a spreadsheet of carrier portals, including login and password information Download and account for commission statements from various sources, ensuring proper electronic filing Communicate with carrier representatives to resolve issues related to missing statements and assist with special projects as needed Required qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
