Sales Floor Lead - Customer Service & Merchandising

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Assistant in Georgia to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates and ensuring store standards. You will communicate clearly, mentor teammates, and execute company merchandising guidelines on the selling floor. You will manage merchandise flow, restock, RFID/inventory, visual presentation, and support omnichannel initiatives while maintaining a clean, inviting selling floor.
