Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to picking and packing materials, organizing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Lead.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent warehouse experience.
- Attention to detail for accurate picking of products.
- Experience with sit-down forklifts and ability to work up to 25 feet high.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to read and understand work orders/pick sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
- Stand-up and man-up (order picker) experience — willing to train.
Salary & Benefits
Pay range available upon request. Benefits include health coverage and potential for overtime after conversion to full-time.
