What You’ll Do Complete delivery paperwork and communicate load or timing issues with dispatch, sales, and customers Conduct daily pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections of truck and cargo Deliver products to customers, contractors, and jobsites within the region Follow all safety rules and always wear required PPE Inventory and inspect products to confirm quantity and condition Load, secure, and deliver cargo safely and on time Maintain vehicle service and repair logs in compliance with state and federal regulations Operate vehicles using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and safety dashcams (training provided) Perform loading tasks including chaining, strapping, tarping, trailer hooking/unhooking, use of sideboard kits and safely ascending/descending truck and/or trailer Perform additional duties to ensure safe, compliant transportation per federal and state safety regulations Work flexible hours and be available based on business needs What You’ll Need Strong verbal communication and listening skills Ability to speak and understand English in verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively while giving and receiving feedback Valid Class A Commercial Driver License Minimum age 21 Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
