Skin Experts Dallas is looking for an energetic, outgoing Community Growth & Membership Sales Associate to help grow our new Dallas location. You’ll be focused on building local awareness, creating community partnerships, generating leads, connecting with prospects and turning great skincare experiences into long-term memberships.

You’ll work closely with our owner and esthetician team and have the opportunity to help shape how we grow Skin Experts throughout the Dallas community.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with local fitness and wellness businesses, apartments, schools and universities, hospitality partners, beauty businesses and other organizations that share our audience.

Create opportunities.

Help develop partnerships, events, pop-ups, promotions, referral programs and other creative ways to introduce new people to Skin Experts.

Turn interest into appointments.

Own incoming leads from digital campaigns, events, QR campaigns, partnerships and referrals. Connect with prospects by phone, text and social channels, learn what they're looking for and help get them through our doors.

Turn guests into members.

Help guests understand the value of consistent professional skincare and our membership options through a friendly, consultative—not pushy—sales approach.

Keep the conversation going.

Follow up with prospects who haven't booked, guests who haven't joined and existing members who may have friends or family who would love Skin Experts.

Know what's working.

Track leads, appointments, membership conversions and partnership activity so we can continually improve how we grow.

Who We’re Looking For

You might come from fitness, wellness, beauty, hospitality, membership sales, retail, real estate, business development or another relationship-driven sales environment. We're much more interested in your energy, initiative and ability to connect with people than a specific industry background.

We encourage you to apply for this role if you:

• Have 1+ years of sales, membership sales, business development or customer-facing experience.
• Love meeting new people and building relationships.
• Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, send the follow-up or walk into a local business and introduce yourself.
• Are organized and persistent about following up with leads.
• Enjoy working toward measurable goals.
• Can comfortably move between community networking, social outreach and face-to-face membership conversations.
• Bring ideas to the table instead of waiting to be told exactly what to do.
• Want to help build something rather than simply step into an established routine.

Experience with membership businesses, CRM/lead-management tools, skincare or aesthetics is a plus. Prior skincare experience is not required.
