The Assembler will assemble manufactured products according to specifications.

Assemble large machinery, fabricated metal products according to directions.
Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation to build to specification.
Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
Check products to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Previous experience with and the ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Previous experience operating hand tools.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Detail-oriented.
Consistent workmanship.
Works well as a productive member of a team.
Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis; lift 50# on occasion.
Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed including bending, stooping, and reaching.
Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
Must wear safety glasses, face shield, gloves, and ear protection.
