Job Title: Senior Life Insurance Case Designer

Location: Hybrid remote in Coral Gables, FL 33134

Job Type: Full-time 80k-120k

Responsibilities

Case Design and Analysis: Craft sophisticated life insurance plans for high-net-worth clients and enterprises. Assess clients’ financial goals to deliver personalized advice using cutting-edge tools.
Client Consultation: Collaborate with financial advisors to refine client strategies, simplifying complex information to assist decision-making processes. Offer continuous policy guidance and strategic enhancements.
Product Expertise: Remain at the forefront of industry trends and product developments. Influence product innovation and impart your knowledge through internal training and workshops.
Compliance and Documentation: Guarantee that all procedures and recommendations adhere to legal standards and internal guidelines, meticulously documenting all case details.
Leadership: Mentor junior designers, lead operational enhancements, and uphold a culture of professional growth and cooperation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFP, CLU, ChFC) preferred.
7-10 years’ experience in life insurance design, underwriting, or similar roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of various life insurance products.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using advanced case design software.
Demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
