The role has direct responsibility for the efficient and timely management of personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety, cost, quality workmanship, subcontractors, and completion of assigned projects. Essential Duties Ensure new personnel are properly oriented with company policies, safety requirements, and job responsibilities. Conduct periodic evaluations of assigned personnel. Review all daily records and verify their accuracy. Maintain a daily log recording important conversations and events for future reference. Supervise and direct project subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality workmanship. Assist and direct personnel in the proper use and maintenance of equipment, improving job performance, controlling cost, increasing productivity, improving communication, and adhering to company policies. Conduct continuous evaluation of cost and yields,FT six planest, job assignments, equipment needs, on‑site training, safety, security, and crime prevention needs; report any problems, changes, or recommendations to the division manager and/or project manager. Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Maintain good relations with the general public, engineers, architects, inspectors, and customers to facilitate job progress and promote a positive company image. Perform additional duties as needed in the operations of the project or as directed by the Division Manager and/or Project Manager. Have proficiency in using smart devices and computers. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Be knowledgeable of and abide by state and federal regulations/laws that apply to bridge building in the construction industry and other assigned areas of responsibility, as well as company policies and procedures. Minimum Education High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required). Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
