Part-Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate

About The Role In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience. Required Availability: 6am-12pm. Must be 18 years of age or older. Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. What You’ll Do Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards, procedures, guidelines, and methods. Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment. Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers. Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance. Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines. Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team. Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment when needed. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Required Skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail. Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. No retail experience required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
