Field Service Technician II

Job Overview Title: NCR Atleos Field Service Technician II Location: St. Louis, MO We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with mechanical aptitude to provide top‑class service to our customers. You will conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems, and manage network faults, configuration, and security within an assigned territory. Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00. Responsibilities Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively. Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory. Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls. Manage everything from network faults and traffic to configuration, security, and remote system access. Basic Qualifications Local candidate to the specific geographic area. Authorized to work in the US. At least 19 years of age. Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies company fleet requirements. PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day. Rotating and weekend shifts. Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying size repeatedly. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software. A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification. One or more years of related experience.
