Financial Aid Manager

As a key member of our team, you'll ensure the seamless processing of Financial Aid in alignment with federal, state regulations, and company policy. With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll lead our team in providing unparalleled support to students as they pursue their educational goals.
Requirements
Associate degree
2+ years of experience in Title IV Administration
Knowledge of Title IV rules, regulations, and implementations on federal and state levels
Management experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Financial Aid department
Track financial aid funds allocations
Monitor weekly receivables due
Perform student file audits
Monitor and maintain compliance
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries
Train and motivate the team
