Location: Geneseo, IL
Pay: $31.67-35.42/hourly & full benefits (retirement, health, dental, vision, sick, holiday & PTO)
Schedule: Full Time, Evenings & or overnight, 2:30pm-11:00pm & 10:45pm-7:15am

The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Provide nursing care under RN supervision.
Monitor and report residents’ symptoms and conditions.
Record vital signs and administer medications, documenting reactions.
Maintain accurate resident records and promote overall well-being.
Follow applicable federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Board of Examiners of Practical Nurses
High School diploma or equivalent.
Successfully completed a state approved LPN training program.
