What You'll Do: Execute and support federal-focused field marketing programs and campaigns planned for the second half of the year. Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer and partner events, executive dinners, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution. Partner closely with the Federal sales team to prioritize marketing requests aligned with business objectives. Manage event logistics, vendor relations, registrations, and onsite activities to deliver outstanding experiences. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Corporate Marketing teams to launch campaigns and ensure program support. Drive event attendance through targeted invitations, communications, and follow-up efforts. Track and analyze program metrics, providing insights and basic reporting on campaign and event performance. Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring a high standard of execution for internal teams and customers. Support budget management and purchase order processes to maintain alignment with financial guidelines. Required Skills: 2-6+ years of hands-on experience in field, event, or regional marketing within B2B technology environments. Proven success supporting Federal or Public Sector sales organizations is preferred. Strong event planning, execution, and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partners. Proficiency with Salesforce, Splash (or similar event platforms), Tableau, procurement platforms, and Google Workspace. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Independent worker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team environment. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in government and federal customer engagement. Familiarity with government procurement processes. Prior experience managing budgets and vendor contracts. Knowledge of federal compliance and security standards in marketing activities. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Administration, or related field. Relevant experience within federal or government-focused technology sectors preferred. Other Requirements: This position is remote, ideally aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST). Willingness to support travel for onsite events and meetings as needed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketing landscape with a focus on federal clients.
