Construction Controller

James Blinds is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the entire accounting function for a growing commercial construction subcontractor. You will perform day-to-day accounting, manage month-end close, and deliver accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong organization, self-direction, and comfort moving between detailed data entry and strategic analysis.
