Youth & Families Care Navigator: HIV Support

Whitman-Walker seeks a Care Navigator-Youth and Families in Washington, DC. This role involves providing psychosocial support to HIV-positive youth and families, helping them navigate healthcare transitions. The Care Navigator will work collaboratively with community organizations, assess client needs, and advocate for clients in accessing services.
