Sr. Data Center Construction Project Manager

Sr. Data Center Construction Project Manager! We are seeking someone with strong expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from initiation through completion. This role will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while driving quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple projects. Schedule/Shift: Full-time, on-site Employment Type: 6–12-month contract-to-hire Pay Rate: $67–$85/hour (depending on experience) Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders. Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and ensure high‑quality project delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing a least one large‑scale Data Center construction project. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management. Ability to lead other Project Managers, and work as a stand‑alone Project Manager. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
