The facility provides comprehensive anesthesia coverage across multiple locations requiring locum tenens support. The organization operates with established protocols for OR and obstetric cases at one site while maintaining OR call coverage at another location. The healthcare system requires additional anesthesia coverage to ensure continuous service availability across their network of care locations.

LaGrange and Kendallville, IN, offer a charming mix of rural relaxation and outdoor recreation. Visitors can explore the unique Wizard of Oz Museum and Maple Wood Nature Center in LaGrange, or experience history and bluegrass music at the Mid-America Windmill Museum in Kendallville!

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during regular hours from 7 AM to 3 PM and call coverage from 3 PM to 7 AM following a 3-weeks-on/1-week-off rotation. The clinician will manage a mixed caseload including OR and OB cases at one facility while handling OR call only at the other location. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this locum tenens position. The role involves working at multiple facilities with varying case responsibilities and call coverage requirements. The position operates with 95% hands-on anesthesia delivery requiring independent clinical decision-making and case management.
