Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to a diverse clientele, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy. \n

- Maintain rigorous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that records are accurate, timely, and reflect best practices. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n
- Current independent licensure by the State Board in Maryland as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT). \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues. \n
While we value all applicants, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and specialties such as pediatric mental health, trauma-informed care, and substance use disorders. Previous experience with telehealth delivery methods is advantageous.
