Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technician – Safety & Engagement Department Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH) is a residential facility located in Altoona, FL, serving individuals with primary mental health disorders. We are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Techs (BHTs) to support patient safety and engagement in our treatment program. Responsibilities Maintain safety protocols and monitor patients to ensure a secure environment. Facilitate patient engagement in therapeutic activities and treatment planning. Respond to incidents and provide assistance as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support patient recovery. Qualifications Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician or similar role. Successful Level 2 criminal background screen. State certification as a Certified Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT) is preferred; assistance will be provided to obtain certification. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $15–$17, commensurate with experience, education, and certification. Full‑time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
