Soni is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing client in Dallas seeking a talented Recruiting Manager with a proven track record in staffing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy matching top talent to critical roles, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate accounting and finance positions
- Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities
- Drive results in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- 2+ years of staffing agency experience (corporate accounting & finance recruiting preferred)
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
