This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.ResponsibilitiesBuild and evolve high-scale production systems powering ads in Search, Copilot and other publishers.Design, maintain and optimize low-latency, high-availability services that serve ads in milliseconds.Collaborate with product, applied science, and platform teams to launch new ad formats and experiences.Improve system architecture, reliability, cost efficiency, and observability across global deployments.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or PythonOR equivalent experience.1+ year of DRI/Oncall experience.Experience building high QPS low latency distributed systems.Solid collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.#MicrosoftAI #AdsThis position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
