This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead IT audit teams supporting federal financial statement audits, performance audits, examination, agreed-upon procedures, and standalone IT audit engagements by evaluating technology risks, IT controls, and cybersecurity controls supporting federal systemsDemonstrate a thorough understanding of federal IT audit requirements and methodologies, as well as applicable standards and control frameworks, including FISCAM, FISMA, NIST standards, and publications, GAO Government Auditing Standards, and COBITApplies strong project management skills by tracking success metrics, promoting efficient and productive team performance, and reinforcing engagement-specific best practices. Reports status, issues, and delays to leadership and clients timely.Provides consistent coaching, mentoring, and training to team members (on technical and professional matters)Cultivates strong professional relationships and functions as the main liaison and trusted advisor for clients, auditees, and team members alike.Leads sales and business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, supporting marketing strategy execution, cross-selling services across business lines, and using professional networks to shape go-to-market strategies.YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology or related field;CISA or CISSP certificationSecret clearance or higher requiredMinimum of 5 years of professional experience performing and leading federal IT audit engagements in accordance with applicable federal requirementsExperience overseeing contract support operations, including supporting multiple projects and teams of personnel across various locationsHands on experience performing IT audits, IT risk assessments, or cybersecurity assessmentsStrong understanding of internal controls, risk management concepts, and common cybersecurity frameworksAbility to manage multiple engagements and other responsibilities concurrentlyIn addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
