Carpenter Craftsman (Hiring Immediately)

We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You'll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: * Sculpt and piece together siding, drywall, kitchen cabinets, and furniture * Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions * Confirm flooring, roofing, and drywall are level and compatible * Check existing sketches and blueprints to understand project requirements * Conduct inspections, maintenance, and fix structures * Perform framing and structural repairs * Repair wood rot and damaged decking * Install windows, doors, siding, trim, and exterior components * Assist with roofing systems as needed * Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and built to code * Maintain clean and professional job sites * Communicate clearly with project managers Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques * Driver's license required * High school diploma or GED preferred * Accurate measuring and math skills required * Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity * 3+ years of carpentry experience required * Strong understanding of residential construction * Experience with exterior systems preferred * Ability to read scopes of work and follow job specifications * Reliable transportation required * Valid driver's license required * Must have own basic tools * Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat * Strong work ethic and accountability We are not looking for shortcuts.
