What You'll Do:


As an Assistant Manager at Primos, you'll be a key member of our management team. You'll help lead and motivate hourly team members to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional Primos experience we're known for.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant
• Providing leadership and guidance to front and/or back-of-house staff
• Ensuring high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards
• Training and developing team members to exceed guest expectations
• Driving sales and maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
• Hands-on leadership style and a passion for guest service
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace
