Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – Virginia

Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Fredericksburg, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; 2:1 nurse-to-laboring patient ratio

Highlights:

• 10-bed LDRP unit with 3 triage rooms and 2 OR suites
• GE monitoring system with Novii Wireless capability; Spectrum IV Pumps and CADD epidural PCA
• Meditech EMR system
• Supportive team of 30 RNs with collaborative staffing model including dedicated Charge Nurse, LDR nurses, and Nursery RN per shift
• Full scope of labor and delivery services including inductions, SVD, and cesarean sections
• Award-winning unit culture with high team engagement and recognition for morale-building activities

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Virginia or compact state eligibility
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
• Labor and delivery experience with strong assessment and communication skills
