Business Development Rep (Title Insurance)

Job Description An excellent Title Agency is adding a Business Development Representative to their staff. This role focuses on building strong relationships with real estate professionals, generating new business, and supporting existing clients with exceptional service. The BDR will work closely with senior leadership, regional management, and legal counsel to ensure agent success and compliance while delivering meaningful value to the marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance current relationships
- Secure new vendor relationships
- Prepare and review reports
- Secure new leads, set up meetings, build pipeline with new clients
- Prospecting & Research
- Identifying potential clients (leads) that fit the company's ideal customer profile through research.
- Engaging these prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company's value.
- Acting as the first point of contact, building initial relationships, and understanding prospect needs.
- Working knowledge of real property laws, examining and underwriting policies and procedures, title insurance policies, endorsements, services and pricing
- Knowledge of Florida commercial real estate matters
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
- Ability to operate in an environment with tight deadlines and strict standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, orally and in writing
- A minimum of 5+ years of Title Examination experience
