Most of all, we were built from the start as a modern, high-performance services partner that puts people -- from our employees to our partners to our clients to their customers, first.Required Experience:8+ years product development of high tech industrial, consumer products and precision test equipmentExcellent interpersonal, influencing, leadership, verbal and written communication skills required.Expert in CAD (SolidWorks preferred)Experience building prototypes, CNC machined and rapid prototyping, fast iterations etc.Requires strong design skills, managing through ambiguity, and technical problem-solving skills.Extensive experience in the development of plastic components for injection molding and similar high volume manufacturing processes.Experience with material properties and material selection based on application requirements.GD&T knowledge and practical application of engineering tolerancingExperience with high volume manufacturing and production tool qualification.Knowledge of manufacturing assembly processes, component mounting, interfaces, fastening and bonding.Understanding of the practical application of thermal modeling and computational fluid dynamicsThe hourly rate for this position is $75 - $85 per hour.
