Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

What You'll Do As A Polishing Technician

• Perform precision grinding, lapping, and polishing of glass, ceramic, and silicon components using both manual and automated equipment.
• Operate and assist with the maintenance of CNC fabrication equipment while producing high-quality precision parts.
• Inspect, clean, handle, and package delicate components while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and process work orders using an ERP system while following detailed manufacturing procedures.
• Support a safe, clean manufacturing environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $21-23 per hour (Depending on experience)

What We're Looking For

• Experience with polishing, grinding, lapping, machining, or operating manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to safely handle delicate or precision components.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
