Since 1974, our Greensboro office has partnered with clients in public, private, energy, and transportation sections. Your Day-to-Day Conduct and oversee field activities, including soil and groundwater sampling, drilling operations, and monitoring well installation Analyze environmental data and contribute to technical reports and regulatory documentation Collaborate on project planning and execution to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Prepare proposals, manage project schedules, and track deadlines Evaluate budgets and support business development initiatives What You Bring A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field 5+ years of professional environmental engineering or geology experience Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent business development abilities, and existing client relationships in the local market are preferred A Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license If you are passionate about solving environmental challenges, mentoring future leaders, and fostering strong client relationships, we invite you to join us and make a meaningful impact We Are S&ME At S&ME, we're committed to your growth; professionally and personally.
